Il Signor Piero mi ha adottato.

Felice pensionato dall’età di 48 anni (adesso ne conta ben 81), ha fatto dell’opera lirica e della ricerca di cibi e vini sopraffini il suo stile di vita. Forse in passato aveva anche altre passioni che la Merlin ha spazzato via.

Ovvio sia nata una simpatia di panza (letterale). E mi son fatto adottare.

Ieri mi ha iniziato al cotecchino del Saronni: sperso in un minilaboratorio del Cremasco, ormai in pensione dopo anni di passione per il maiale, il Saronni confeziona ancora i suoi prodotti per pochissimi. Il cotecchino lo fa con il prosciutto del maiale, basti solo questo a descriverlo.

They are fragments of a life spent moving, looking, and waiting for moments to reveal themselves — often quietly, sometimes unexpectedly. This blog is not about destinations, but about presence. About what remains when the journey slows down and the shutter finally clicks.
