Seguo poco i fatti italiani e ancora meno la cronaca, ma ieri c’è stato qualcosa che mi ha stupito, intristito e amareggiato.

Mi aveva addolorato profondamente, comprendendo il dramma del padre di una ragazza, padre come sono io, l’assassinio di Yara Gambirasio: violenza contro una ragazza, violenza contro una donna, violenza conto un’indifesa. Ci sono stati 4 anni di indagini, leggo oltre 18mila test del DNA e, pare, finalmente un risultato nelle indagini con l’identificazione di un sospettato.

È stato fermato, e, sulla base della presunzione di innocenza, deve essere interrogato, garantendogli i diritti che il nostro sistema legislativo prevede. Il Giudice deve confermare il fermo, valutando le prove a colpa e poi esiste un iter processuale cha va rispettato, in uno Stato di Diritto.

Sbagliato urlare al mostro e gridare “Datecelo, lo impicchiamo”. Sbagliato riunirsi davanti alla caserma per minacciare il linciaggio: se sarà dimostrato colpevole, malgrado l’efferatezza, c’è una legge e delle pene che abbiamo tutti deciso di seguire.

Quello che non è sbagliato, ma un filo schifoso, è lo sciacallaggio politico. Accaparrassi un po’ di audience e strombazzare successi sulla pelle di una povera ragazza e di un disgraziato è veramente amareggiante.”Sbatti il mostro in prima pagina”, Mario Bellocchio nel 1972 ha diretto un film spettacolare su un evento in qualche modo simile.
