Sto per lasciare Port of Spain: finito il pezzo di lavoro qui mi trasferisco a Panama per lo stesso “scope of work“. Devo dire che non sono particolarmente amareggiato, se non per il fatto di doverci tornare venerdì prossimo per montare su un bel 777 cicciotto che mi riporta a London.

Tra la riunione con un plotone di avvocati e l’albergo son passato in una “food court” di strada: una decina di baracchini dall’aria temibile, vicini al porto (non turistico manco per un cazzo), con un concetto di igiene simile a quello che io ho di dieta e di linguaggio casto e irreprensibile.

It has been more than fifty years since I began traveling across the world — and the seven seas — for work or for pleasure, always with a Leica M camera close at hand. They are fragments of a life spent moving, looking, and waiting for moments to reveal themselves — often quietly, sometimes unexpectedly. This blog is not about destinations, but about presence. About what remains when the journey slows down and the shutter finally clicks.
