Sono andato a leggermi un po’ di cose sulla “catena del freddo” che ha destato ilarità in alcuni lettori, vista l’ironia della condizione igienica nel River Market (ma, credetemi, ho visto di molto, ma mooooolto peggio in Africa).

Ho anche cominciato un post serio, andando a capire i fattori determinanti in una rivoluzione della distribuzione di derrate/farmaci deperibili. Ho letto dell’invenzione dei camion refrigerati.

Poi mi e’ passata la voglia di fare il cattedrattico, e ho deciso solo di condividere qualche altro scatto fatto Domenica nel River Market, lasciano ai lettori l’immaginazione che qui non ci sia manco un anello fresco, altro che catena.
