La Catena Del Freddo

Sono andato a leggermi un po’ di cose sulla “catena del freddo” che ha destato ilarità in alcuni lettori, vista l’ironia della condizione igienica nel River Market (ma, credetemi, ho visto di molto, ma mooooolto peggio in Africa).

Ho anche cominciato un post serio, andando a capire i fattori determinanti in una rivoluzione della distribuzione di derrate/farmaci deperibili. Ho letto dell’invenzione dei camion refrigerati.

Poi mi e’ passata la voglia di fare il cattedrattico, e ho deciso solo di condividere qualche altro scatto fatto Domenica nel River Market, lasciano ai lettori l’immaginazione che qui non ci sia manco un anello fresco, altro che catena.

Publishing, for me, is a mirror of my state of mind and emotions. It follows my rhythm, not the other way around. You have to take it exactly as it comes. Every photograph you see here is mine. They are fragments of a life spent moving, looking, and waiting for moments to reveal themselves — often quietly, sometimes unexpectedly. This blog is not about destinations, but about presence. About what remains when the journey slows down and the shutter finally clicks.

    Cosa sono quelle cose bianche appese nella prima foto che sembrano delle coperte? ……Ma che carote sono quelle? Le hanno dopate con gli OGM?

      Ah .. e ho anche fotografato i granchi pelosi della Nord Korea, che sono deliziosi e questa è la loro stagione 🙂

    25 anni fa in Tunisia a Tabarka, in agosto, il macellaio appendeva i quarti di bestia al sole davanti al negozio. Presumo che i tunisini comprassero regolarmente dal loro macellaio e che non morissero (perché ammazzare i clienti è poco redditizio dato che poi non tornano…).
    Quindi, questa cosa della catena del freddo ce l’abbiamo bisogno solo noi europei perché siamo rammolliti?

      I locali hanno la salmonella direttamente impiantata sull’elica di DNA, non rischiano nulla …

    Mi viene in mente un posto al confine tra Tanzania e Kenia in cui ho mangiato carne arrosto… che forse era la scelta più salutare rispetto al resto.
    Mi viene in mente anche che quelle fotografie non le ho mai pubblicate e dovrei farlo.
